I’m often asked what makes for a good relationship between a broker and a client. The answer is simpler than you might think, and it applies to all good relationships: communication.
Inform, respond, deliver
A strong broker-client relationship comes down to three things. Keeping your client informed at every step of the process. Answering their questions clearly and promptly. And above all, doing what you say you’re going to do.
That’s how trust gets built.
Trust has to be earned
In a real estate transaction, the stakes are high. Your home, your budget, your life plans.. none of it is trivial. You need a broker who doesn’t go quiet between steps, who explains what’s happening, and who follows through on their commitments.
When that trust is in place, the whole process runs smoother, and the results speak for themselves.
My commitment to my clients
In Southwest of Montreal, I work with buyers and sellers who deserve clear communication and consistent follow-through. That’s not a bonus, it’s the foundation.
