The answer is simpler than you might think, and it applies to all good relationships: communication. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Inform, respond, deliver<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A strong broker-client relationship comes down to three things. Keeping your client informed at every step of the process. Answering their questions clearly and promptly. And above all, doing what you say you&#8217;re going to do.   <br><br>That&#8217;s how trust gets built.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Trust has to be earned<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a real estate transaction, the stakes are high. Your home, your budget, your life plans.. none of it is trivial.
