That is natural, and it matters. But my job is to look further.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The overall condition of the property<\/strong><br>After hundreds of visits across Saint-Henri, Griffintown, Pointe-Saint-Charles, and Little Burgundy, certain details stand out to me immediately: a suspicious crack, signs of moisture, an aging roof, outdated electrical. A wall removed, a window added, an underused space transformed. Sometimes the best property is the one that does not yet look like what you are searching for.
